This Class-A, industrial office property is home to BNSF Logistics, an international freight transportation solutions company. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. This location is the company’s headquarters to 30 locations. BNSF Logistics recently announced plans to almost double its office space by building an additional 30,000 square-foot adjacent to the existing property.
