Roxanne Acree joined the NAS team in July of 2015 and has worked in a variety of capacities at the company. Her role at NAS includes: Asset Management, Property Management, Transaction Coordination, Financial Reporting, Budget Analysis, Investor Relations and Marketing.
In her time at NAS, she has been a part of coordinating transactions of more than 25 property sales, refinances, or purchases ranging from $2 million to $99 million per asset. In representation of property owners and investors, she acts as a liaison with title companies, listing and purchasing brokers, insurance brokers, legal counsel, registered agencies, franchise tax boards, secretaries of state, tax consultants, accommodators, lenders, mortgage brokers, capital partners, property managers, vendors, third-party asset management companies, qualified intermediaries, and other sub-contractors.
Preceding her hiring at NAS, Roxanne Acree was working as an office executive and recruiting assistant at Shorewood Realtors in the South Bay. With a team of 2 others, she managed accounts of listings, purchases, and leases for both residential and commercial properties for over 100 agents in Los Angeles County. Acree moved to Los Angeles in April 2015 after being on staff at the University of Tennessee as the Director of Operations for the volleyball program. Before her time at Tennessee, Roxanne Acree was coaching at Assumption High School and the Kentucky-Indiana Volleyball Academy (KiVA) under head coach Ron Kordes, whose club currently boasts 46 National Championships.
A Louisville, Kentucky native, she is a 2013 alum of the University of Louisville, where she graduated cum laude with her B.S. of Sport Administration. Also, while at Louisville, Acree worked as an Athletics Operations Assistant for U of L Field Hockey and Women’s Lacrosse programs.
