Adi Peery, Vice President Portfolio Services, has been with NAS since 2009. Adi came to NAS with over 25 years of experience in asset and property management of commercial real estate with a primary focus on retail, office, senior housing and student housing investments. In addition to her background in asset and property management, she has extensive experience in leasing and tenant relations, and has overseen property rehabilitations in excess of $1 Million.
Adi is the former Commercial Portfolio Manager for Starpoint Properties overseeing 2.1 million square feet of commercial assets nationwide, valued at over $350 million. Adi also aided their investment arm reviewing proposed underwriting and due diligence as she assisted in the sales of the various offerings. She attended industry recognized conferences to promote and sell investments.
As a senior executive, Adi vets underwriting and pro forma projections against current forecasts to ensure asset value is maximized. Annual underwriting reviews are essential to investment viability and as such care is taken internally to monitor progress and drive asset growth.
Adi has an undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego and a post-graduate Master of Arts degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California, the Annenberg School. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of California and has a Certified Shopping Center Management (CSM) designation from ICSC.
