Sheena Bokamper is the Property Manager for Lakeside Tower, Three Parkside, Brier Corporate Centre and One Hospitality Office in San Bernardino, CA. The four properties are located within the Tri-City Corporate Centre, master planned, mixed-use business park spanning 153 acres.
Mrs. Bokamper has over 10 years of store and property management experience. Prior to joining NAS, she was a property manager for MGR Property Management in Ontario, CA with responsibility for tenant relations and management of multiple commercial office buildings, representing 831K+ sq. ft. Sheena has extensive operations management experience including; Contract management, tenant and capital improvement projects, supervision of engineering, maintenance, and janitorial staff and accurate report preparation for ownership.
Sheena’s career experience also includes;
- Administrative Associate with Transwestern; providing administrative support to property manager and building engineer;
ensuring all needs were met for daily operations, vendor service contracts, and tenant and vendor insurance requirements. - Bookstore Manager for Ambassador Education Solutions, where she successfully managed all bookstore operations independently, ensuring operational goals were met timely and accurately and was named Top Manager for Western Region.
Sheena is licensed by the State of California, Department of Real Estate.
